Credit cards that include cashback as an attractive element of their package are probably most useful for those consumers who tend to pay off the balance of their credit cards in full each month. Finding a credit card with this in mind can be a bit tricky as many providers only seem to offer beneficial packages including introductory offers and rates that only really benefit those with a continuous balance. This means that people in this category find that cards offering a good reward system or cashback are ideal. However, it is also worth remembering that many of these cards also have an inherent high rate of interest, which may mean that the benefits involved in one of these schemes could quite possibly be outweighed if you don’t always clear your balance monthly so other cards may be more worthwhile in the long run.

With cashback credit cards rates tend to fall between anywhere from 0.1% to 2% cashback on purchases. Many card providers will have introductory cashback rates with a slight decrease after the opening period whilst some continually alter the rate dependant on how much is spent using that card.

Please use our credit card search facility to find cards which offer a cashback facility.
